Delivery

For MOST UK deliveries Big Tee Shirt uses the Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery service which is a Monday to Friday service.

The standard delivery charge for Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery in the UK is

£3.99

A signature will be required for delivery.

You will receive a tracking number by email which when inputted into the tracking facility on the Royal Mail web site can be used to follow the progress of your order.

NOTE: Royal Mail Tracked 24 is NOT a guaranteed next day service but the Royal Mail stated aim is to currently deliver next day on 97% of occasions.

PLEASE NOTE: our cut-off for same day despatch is 2PM

EXCEPTIONS

Deliveries on UK National / Bank Holidays are not possible.

Please always check the estimated delivery date which is shown on the checkout pages as you are completing your order.

Adverse weather conditions such as snow,ice or flood.

Parcels addressed to the following postcodes should be delivered within two to three days by Royal Mail Tracked Service.

For International orders the delivery costs are calculated by weight and are added at the checkout.

EU Customers

Big Tee Shirt operates a DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) model which will ensure that NO Vat or Import Duty will be due by any of our EU customers before delivery is made.

Refunds & Exchanges

NOTE : We acknowledge that many items are purchased as gifts over the Christmas period so the returns window is extended from 14 days to 15th of January in the New Year.

Whilst aiming to provide the best possible service for our customers we do understand there are times when goods need to be returned for exchange or refund.

Refunds

If the problem is due to faulty or damaged goods you will be offered a full refund or an exchange (subject to availability) providing the item(s) are returned to us within 14 days of receipt.

All other refunds will be processed (excluding postage and packing) provided the goods are sent back in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition and are returned to us within 14 days of receipt.

Exchanges

In the event of ordering the incorrect size then we will gladly exchange (subject to availability) the item(s) providing the item(s) are returned to us within 14 days of receipt in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition.When returning items please enclose your original order details and your requirements with regard to exchange or refund.

Big Tee Shirt will try to complete exchanges/refunds as soon as possible but please allow 5 working days from receipt of returns for processing.
