Delivery
Big Tee Shirt uses Royal Mail Tracked Next Day for its delivery service. Next day delivery is guaranteed in the United Kingdom(Exceptions being adverse weather conditions such as snow,ice or flood) for orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday.
This includes delivery on Saturday also at no extra charge if order is placed BEFORE 2pm Friday.
All orders placed after 2pm Friday will guaranteed to be delivered on the following Tuesday. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be guaranteed to be delivered the following Tuesday.A signature will be required.
You will recieve a tracking number by email which when inputted into the tracking facility on the Royal Mail website can be used to follow the progress of your order.
There is ONE standard charge of only
£3.99
whether you order 1 item or 100 items.
All delivery charges will be shown at the checkout.
International Orders
For International orders the delivery costs are calculated by weight and are added at the checkout.
Refunds & Exchanges
Whilst aiming to provide the best possible service for our customers we do understand there are times when goods need to be returned for exchange or refund.
Refunds
If the problem is due to faulty or damaged goods you will be offered a full refund or an exchange (subject to availability) providing the item(s) are returned to us within 14 days of receipt.
All other refunds will be processed (excluding postage and packing) provided the goods are sent back in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition and are returned to us within 14 days of receipt.
Exchanges
In the event of ordering the incorrect size then we will gladly exchange (subject to availability) the item(s) providing the item(s) are returned to us within 14 days of receipt in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition.When returning items please enclose your original order details and your requirements with regard to exchange or refund.
Big Tee Shirt will try to complete exchanges/refunds as soon as possible but please allow 5 working days from reciept of returns for processing.
