Delivery

Big Tee Shirt now uses Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery as its delivery service. Next day delivery is guaranteed in the United Kingdom for orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday. All orders placed after 2pm Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be delivered the following Tuesday.

International Orders

For International orders the delivery costs are calculated by weight and are added at the checkout.

Refunds & Exchanges

Whilst aiming to provide the best possible service for our customers we do understand there are times when goods need to be returned for exchange or refund.

Refunds

If the problem is due to faulty or damaged goods you will be offered a full refund or an exchange (subject to availability) providing the item(s) are returned to us within 14 days of receipt.

All other refunds will be processed (excluding postage and packing) provided the goods are sent back in their original packaging and are returned to us within 14 days of receipt.

Exchanges

In the event of ordering the incorrect size then we will gladly exchange (subject to availability) the item(s) providing the item(s) are returned to us within 14 days of receipt in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition.When returning items please enclose your original order details and your requirements with regard to exchange or refund.

Big Tee Shirt will try to complete exchanges/refunds as soon as possible but please allow 5 working days from reciept of returns for processing.
